I am planning a 3 or 4 day hike in November from the parking area at Amicolola to Woody;s Gap. Any advice? I would like some advice on food storage at night. Thanks.

I would consider stayin' at the Len Foote Hike Inn first night. You certainly won't have to kill yourself to make Woody Gap in four days. I slept with my food so I might not be the one to ask about food storage. You will have the most problems with mice and other small critters when you are around shelters. The bears have been bad around Blood Mountain.
