I can't answer your question if anyone manufactures one but I have found 60" wide runs of material on the internet and plan to make one...should be an easy project if you have access to a sewing maching.

The problem is finding silnylon wider than 64" wide. With sewing allowances and seams you get 5 feet of width. To get a 12'x12' tarp, you'll probably pay the same as for a 15'x12' tarp.

Have a couple of other sil tarps, micro and a 8x10.
Want a 12x12 partially for a hammock when I dont care as much about weight, but I do want sil.

Also with a 12x12 I was thinking about adding a zipper on one side to use like the nemo transform.
IE basically makes a large pyramid 3 sided tent.

Could just buy the nemo, but Sil would be a good bit lighter. Cuben even better and I have been thinking in that direction, but

Considering what it takes to make a 12x12 tarp, that Nemo Transform is a pretty good deal. Especially at less than $130.

10x12 or 12x14

Thought about the Nemo, but its heavy.

A cuben .75 would be nice and weigh about 14 oz.
Just the material would cost $300 - LOL.

I had a 10x10 sil nylon cat cut tarp custom made from this company. Used it on my thru hike this year. It worked great. Kept me completely dry through a few nasty storms. IMO, the products are top notch. And the prices are very reasonable.

Chef Paul, at www.etowahoutfitters.com (http://www.etowahoutfitters.com) may be able to custom make a 12x12.

I really like this nemo design but just hate the weight.
I thought I might build a 10.5 x 10.5 since I can get 65" sil similar so make it similar to the Nemo transform.
That would be a simple build

10.5x10.5 set up in a triangle is huge for one and squeezable for 2.
12x12 has a lot more room but I still cant see it sleeping 3 people comfortably.

One reason for a 12' tarp is I am tall and big and have discovered a really long hammock is a million times more comfortable
and it wont quite fit under a 8x10 tarp unless on the diagonal. 10x12 would be the simple solution and that was my original direction.

Need to think about it some more.

I know nothing about this company (just googled silnylon tarp) and found it. They advertise an 11'9" square tarp on sale for $89.
