Saw this young lady coming up the trail and asked her to give me the sexy pose she would use to hitch a ride into town, she was a good sport. Where is this brief paved section of the AT located? It's near an outstanding monument.

there is no paved section of creeper trail that the AT is part of
not clingman's. no conifers in sight
not fontana. the AT is on sidewalks

I also thought Shenandoah. Could also be along stretch where AT parallels and sometimes crosses the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Correct answer...Clingman's Dome...the AT transitions from asphalt back to dirt and rocks behind this young lady.

Although they were serving trail trash like me, who was it they were really serving?
