Hi everyone! The Colorado Trail and the Foundation are in a contest to win $20K from Colorado Native Lager. The Foundation could really use the funding to work on the Trail and the new 80 miles they just added. Please visit Colorado Native Lager's Facebook page here, "http://www.facebook.com/ColoradoNativeLager" click the "vote" tab and then click the vote button for The Colorado Trail Foundation. Be careful - the vote button is underneath their logo. They're in 4th place right now, but I know we can change that as a group! Share the page with your friends and family to help spread the word. Thanks!

Damn, with my vote and all of the others I could have mustered up the CTF would have finished first and we would all be sucking down Colorado Native Lager right now!

BTW, if you finish the CT in Durango a couple of Main St bars offer a free quaff to those who complete a CT thru-hike but keep it low key. We don't want to have them stop offering this service because every non-hiking Tom, Dick, Harry and Luscious Jane decide to snatch freebie booze. I'm not going to tell you which ones though so you'll have to go on a post completion CT thru-hike bar hopping spree in Durango to find out. I'll give you a hint though. One serves up oh how AWESOME not to be eating Ramen tonite pizza and offers Native Colorado Lager icy cold on tap. Yeah!

Look for the one with "Colorado Trail Nut Brown Ale".
