I need help planning my trip

I need help planning my three week backpacking trip. I am starting at Fontana Dam and plan to carry 6-7 days of food and make it to Mountain Momma's. Stay at that hostel and pick up a mail drop. Take 2-3 days of food and hike to Hot Springs and stay at Elmers and get another maildrop. Then take 4-5 days of food and hike to Erwin and stay at Miss Janets. Then probably hike to Kincora Hostel. Can anyone give me direct milage between these or some advice about this that I have planned out so far. Thanks so much I really need your help. LJ

A hard copy of the data book and companion guide would answer most of your questions, you can purchase them from www.appalachiantrail.org (http://www.appalachiantrail.org) they are really pretty inexpensive.
