Here are the links to the IAT website: http://www.iat-sia.com/index.php and the Maine Chapter IAT website: http://www.internationalatmaine.org/pages/index. There are trail guides and maps on the Maine IAT website, not sure about the other chapter websites. Dick Anderson of the IAT [email protected] is the person on the board who is responsible for communicating information to thru-hikers and would be your best information source.

Maine has a nice guide book on their site and a good paper map that can be used to make a path on google map. New Brunswick has a kml file easily available on their site. Quebec sucks - everything is in French (you can translate it, but it is still a french-based site), and I'm having trouble with their sites. The other chapters I've yet to check out. If I find more information, I'll be sure to share it with you.

The Québec IAT site is available in English here:

You can download the Companion Guide in English here (it covers Maine, NB and Québec):

Thanks to all for the above information! I am thru-hiking the AT this yr as well and also planning to keep going on the IAT- so long as I can figure out the logistics!
