It's a somewhat pricey gourmet smallish to med sized organic/healthfood store. Could be used for someone resupplying on the CDT or CT that's on a limited, gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, organic, or healthier diet OR for those that eat conventionally OR as omnivores. Near downtown Frisco. There's also a Super Walmart with produce section and a large grocery store(City Market or Safeway I think) which has a decent organic section in Frisco within the same parking lot right next to the bus station. Taking a short free bus ride from that same bus station takes you into Breckenridge where there's a medium sized City Market. From that same bus station behind the Walmart you could go, for free, on another short bus ride, in the opposite direction from Breck into the Dillon/Silverthorne area where there are a few more large grocery stores, including another City Market that has an organic aisle AND almost across the street from that City Market a Vitamin Cottage/Natural Grocerers with a wide range of organic and Vegetarian products sutable for the trail that's larger than Alpine. Down side about the Vitamin Cottage though is their lack of bulk food in bins so that you can't buy in whatever quantities you want, however small or large. Well stocked store though and if you need any kind of vitamins, supplements, powders, or potions they probably have it.

ChacoTaco, I remember you saying on another thread you were going to hike a section or the entire CT next season. If you want up to date specifics on resupply including stores where you can purchase organic or vegetarian foods along the CT PM me. Maybe I can help.

yea we are working on our food resupply. We typically try and do alot of bulk stuff and organics. We really are just trying to also do what is easy. We should probably get into town pretty early on a Saturday morning just after the 4th of July. Just trying to get my reasearch in and get the most up to date info
