Just got an email from backcountrygear.com with their end of year clearance items. A couple of things caught my eye that might be useful for a thru-hiker this year:

Several MH Phantom women's bags, 32-F rated (http://www.backcountrygear.com/clearance/mountain-hardwear-phantom-32-womens.html), both sizes.
