Pink is my favorite color;)
That trail, I believe, is in Pa. I saw it a year or so ago, and, yes, it is a pink blazed trail (north of Duncannon??).
I have always wanted to hike that trail for some reason.

P.S. This one is from a side trail off the Foothills Tail spur trail, near Caesar's Head State Park in South Carolina.
.
I followed that pink blaze for about a mile - thinking it was a funky color of white.
Of course it was mostly downhill, though not too bad. If I remember right I was able to loop back to the AT by looking at a trail map "You are here" thingy at a trailhead.

The trail in the photo was neither in PA nor SC - shows there are lots of pink blazing opportunities.;)
It was in New Germany State Park in Western Maryland. The network of trails also included a white blazed and even a black blazed.
