Hello!

I would like to hike the smokies and see the mountain laurel in bloom. I'm looking at the week of May 13-18th.

Will I see pretty flowers then?

Haven't hiked the Smokies in that exact timeframe but hiking from Hot Springs north to Damascus in the April 29-May 12 period, the wildflowers were profuse!

I would think it's too early for the mountain laurel except perhaps at the lowest elevations.
