Problem with those is that they require that i-batt or whatever to provide power. Of course for li-ion, that's about your only option. I've been trying to find a compact solar panel with AA holder integral to make recharging a couple of AAs (which is what my digicam uses) simple.

check out sundance solar. they also sell on e-bay. they have a small solar charger that will charge 2 aa nimh batteries in 4 to 6 hours. not sure of the weight but can't be more than 4 to 5 ounces. i just bought a universal solar charger that weights 14 oz and will charge 4 aa in 4 hours. as i use a steri-pen for water purifing and a zip stove, having a good solar charger is a must. hope this helps
