I am looking for a shuttle from Chunky Gal to the parking lot at springer. It would be on May 31st for one. I really need to find out the price, because I am planning a university trip and we need to know for budgeting. Thanks for the help.

Contact the Acquone Hostel. I don't have the information but you can google it. You can also check with Ron Haven, who does shuttles around the Franklin area, to see if he can help out.

I tried the Acquone Hostel, and they only do shuttles to-and-from their hostel. I'll try Ron if I can find him. The search goes on!!

Ron has motels in Franklin and Hiawassee. If you stay a night at one of his places, I think he'll give you a free shuttle, but otherwise, he does it for a fee. Be aware that getting to Springer is a longish drive from Franklin. You might also check with Mountain Crossings at Neels Gap to see if they can help coordinate a shuttle.
