I love that show Windows to the Wild. They do a really nice job with it. Good viewing when you're in between hikes.

I was sorta on da fence about trekking poles then I watched this droll fella scamper up the trails. Thank you for te links just the kind to make me smile on this cold Winter's eve.

That's funny! I assume in these ranges of the AT your poles are in & out of your pack a bit??

I just love the guy that does Windows to the Wild. Makes me wish I could sit around a campfire with him for a few hours. Or days.

Thanks for the links. I love all the trails, especially the side trails, in the Whites. Thrus see such a small portion of the hiking possibilities. I loved these programs when I lived in Vermont. Thanks for the memories and a way to get a slice of the Northeast once again.
