I've trimmed down my tent hunt to the Six Moon Design Trekker and the Lightheart Solo Standard. I'm a trekking pole user and love the idea of saving weight (and dependense) on tent poles by utilizing my trekking poles as tent supports. I'm 6'3" and will be using the tent for section hikes. I can't quite come to a choice between the two; anybody care to sway my decision?

I would get the Lightheart over SMD, but not the standard, the So Long, the standard has a diamond shape and you will lose heaps of space in those corners, the SMD new models are just rip-offs of the Lightheart, and I can't see what benefit the SMD would have over the Lighthearts.

And yes, Lighthearts are a rip-off of the Wanderlust Nomad (circa 2001) but they 'improved' the design, can anyone explain how the Skyscape/Trekker has improved about that design? I like the SMD Lunars and tarps but I really am disappointed with those 'new' designs
