I looked at it out of curiousity. What are you planning to do with it? It is in the UK and out of stock. It is pretty pricey. It is very light. It seems to be one size fits all. It doesn't seem to have a very substantial hip belt. With all the lightweight proven gear available in the U.S., I think I would stick with one of them like ULA, Golight, Gossamer Gear, Zpack.

I prefer packs with frames, just trying to cut weight where I can

Most of the packs you see on the trail have some sort of frame, a few external but mostly internal. Packs like the ULA Ohm 2.0 and Circuit have a frame made from fiberglass/carbon fiber rods. The Catalyst has aluminum stays. I suspect that terra nova pack is made from very light/thin material to get the weight to 1 lb. Even the cuben packs are not much lighter than that.
