Rockfish Gap to Front Royal can be done by almost any competent backpacker in your time frame. To get to Harper's Ferry in the same amount of time, from Rockfish Gap, is doable, but only by someone very fit and willing to hurry.

You will have no problem. I took my 12 year old son a couple of years ago and we did it in 10 days taking our time, finished with hiking by 3 pm each day

You should be able to make that stretch. I did Front Royal to Loft mtn campground in 4 days, although I paid the price after I was done..
