Good looking tent! We need to upgrade from the North Face Tadpole we're still using. How roomy does it feel with 2 people inside it?

we can put down two full length sleeping mats side by side an there is a small space between us. there is a great vestibule which holds our two 50 litre rucksack fairly comfortably.
we have not slept in the tent yet, we are planning a hike in two weeks time which will test the test.

This was my go-to tent for several years and it surprises me they still make it as most every good tent made by Mt Hardwear or North Face has been discontinued. You'll get several good years out of it if the Atlas pole system doesn't fail you. I was out a couple years ago and had a pole section split and break with no wind and no warning. See below fotogs.

Here's the Light Wedge set up in the Slickrock wilderness, NC.

This is taken on the BMT at Crowder Gap and shows the thing without the fly and also shows the crappy Atlas poles which came with the tent.

Then of course one of the wedge poles snapped and split but I had no repair sleeve with me so I had to fashion a splint. This one flaw caused me to get into the Hilleberg line of tents.

I told Mt Hardwear about the poles and they sent me a brand new set free and no questions asked but I made a new set using beefier poles (12mm) from an old 9x9 tent.

Finally, with the new tent poles Little Mitten and I went up Sycamore Creek to Whiggs Meadow at 5,000 feet in TN and got walloped with a tough windstorm. The Light Wedge is okay but ya gotta guy it out properly. The Hilleberg behind didn't sway nearly as much. The Light Wedge survived, though. It's a good little tent.
