Can you recommend a throwing axe for me? I am simply looking for two or three throwing axes to play around with up at the farm. I prefer one made in the USA from one of the great cottage venders we like so much. Any ideas or suggestions? Ps. I know this is not about hiking per say but for the life of me I could not figure out how to post on the bushcraft forum. Thanks, Schooley.

Look on Amazon, find the best-reviewed item. That's how I do it.

Its a lot of practice.

I would start visiting any nearby carnivals and ask for someone with a name like The Great Kalamazoo, Hatchet, or Master Slash. They would know.

Whdyamean its not a hiking subject? Eli had a machete! I think a throwing Axe would be great. Especially when the Zombies start coming for you you'll be all set. Can you get one like a boomerang that will come back to you? That would be more useful in fighting off Zombies. Definitely.

Great idea on the carnival; except the last time I went and started asking questions to the performers they locked me up with the freaks and forced me to go on the road.
