View Full Version : Danner Mt Defiance Boots
Has anyone tried these boots. I have been looking for a pair of hiking boots and can't pull the trigger on any yet. I would like to know if anyone has had these boots and what they thought about them. Also any other recommended boots for a thru hike.

Actually I am wearing a pair right now. After looking at a lot of different boots I decided to go with the Danner for my thru hike. They fit very well and have great support. Some people may say that they are a bit too heavy but for me the extra cushion and stability is worth every ounce.

Thanks for the info. I think that I will have to try them out. I just need to get to a store and try a pair on so I know what size to get.
