Remember our 9th annual April Hiker Fool Bash (http://hikerfoolbash.com) at the Sapphire Inn (http://thesapphireinn.com) in Franklin, NC on March 29 & 30 this year. All of you are invited. The socializing and event attendance is a real memory just like the solitude of the trail. I even have a few rooms unreserved if you want to stay over. We have rooms available at Budget Inn (http://budgetinnoffranklin.com) also.We allow tenting if you want to go a little cheeper.The town (http://aprilfoolstraildays.com/)will be promoting a gathering uptown and Three Eagles Outfitter (http://www.threeeaglesoutfitters.net/) has a festival at their store too.
