I ordered this pad from REI. It's advertised at 20 inches in width....it is actually 17 inches. My arms fall off the sides when I lay on it. I called Big Annes....they basically said "Oh well" it's a problem in China. Don't buy this pad unless you're really skinny. Mine goes back to REI tomorrow.
