Good news for me. I do not use salt for anything. I do not cook with it or put it on anything. I understand a lot of people like the taste. I never understood it. CYOF though.

CYOF though.Nor do I add salt at the table, hardly ever anyway. The segment I saw on the TV also went on to say just how much salt we get in our daily diet, without adding salt at the table...it's a lot, and in everything, baked goods, drink mixes, ect. ect.
