Just playing around with the Jetboil I have found that if I take my Snowpeak 450 Ti mug I can place that in the Jetboil Sol Ti pot giving me a 'double boiler' if I understand that term correctly. This allows me to boil water in the Jetboil pot, then reduce heat to its min or even off and place the mug in the water to cook thicker stuff that might burn if I just used the Jetboil pot directly. The only down side that I found is not to leave the mug in the Jetboil with it on full throttle as the boiling can be violent and can also get water inside the mug diluting the contents, the Jetboil must be off or at a very low setting once the mug is in place.

Sort of a extention of the freezer bag method but no bag required.

Good idea. I'll try to make muffins in the double boiler.
