I have not tried to Passo but the Flash is the best light hiker that I have worn. Good support but very light weight. As you know, fit is everything and with a wide fore foot, narrow heal medium volume foot the Garmont last fits me better than other brand that I have tired. My Ski boots are Garmont as well. Fit, Quality, Durability and Value, I have been well pleased.
