Just wondering what your personal preference is and why.

Filtering - Coffee filters or filter straw?
Washing - Sponge, bandana or camp towel?
Water purification - Tablets or boiling?
Alcohol stove + alcohol or campfire?
Camper's toilet paper or baby wipes?

biodegradable toilet paper

Instant Coffee Packets (Starbucks Vias, etc.)
Pack Towel
Aqua Mira or Steri Pen
Alcohol Stove or Pocket Rocket (campfires occasionally if cold or for special occasions)
Very small amount of TP (do not like "wipes" at all whatsoever)

oh - you are right - if it needs filtering, pre-treatment, a bandana or pack towel works just fine

yeah - the poll doesn't make logical sense - it assumes you filter, purify, wash, and wipe - -
really, the only one that is more or less necessary is the last one.

I only wipe half the time, saves weight on tp

Washing - Sponge, bandana or camp towel? I wash when I get to town.
Water purification - Tablets or boiling? Bleach.
Alcohol stove + alcohol or campfire? Alcohol in warm weather, Simmerlite in cold.
Camper's toilet paper or baby wipes? Piece of washrag in Ziploc.

Hmm. "Both" and "Neither" are my answers to most of this.

Filtering - Coffee filters or filter straw? I filter my coffee with coffee filters. I filter my water with an MSR filter in summer. I use Aqua Mira in winter (unless the water is boiled; if I'm melting snow I just boil it since the stove is going anyway).

Washing - Sponge, bandana or camp towel? Bandana to wash, half of a dollar-store car chamois to dry, That's true whether I'm washing my pot, my body, or my socks, except that the bandana is pretty useless with the socks. I might wash it at the same time as my socks, though. Wringing laundry in a car chamois gives you a head start on getting it dry.

Water purification - Tablets or boiling? Filtration in the summer. Aqua Mira or boiling melted snow in the winter. Tablets never.

Alcohol stove + alcohol or campfire? Alky stove if I expect to find water that isn't frozen. Whisperlite if I expect to melt snow. I very seldom make a campfire, and fairly often hike where it's not lawful to do so.

Camper's toilet paper or baby wipes? In winter, use a snowball. Seriously: it gets you clean and leaves you with no problem of TP disposal. In summer: Both. Well, not special camper's toilet paper, just a partial roll of whatever, in a newspaper bag, bread bag, or something similar, with the core removed so that the paper pulls up from the center. Get the worst off with a couple sheets of TP, cleanse thoroughly with a wet wipe, dry off with one more sheet of TP. Burn, bury or pack out the paper according to the preference of whoever manages the land.

Alcohol stove + alcohol or campfire? Jetboil Ti Sol
Camper's toilet paper or baby wipes? Plain old TP

-If campfire possible I will use it to cook. If not, alcohol stove.
