Just got this any Reccommendations for a compression sack???

Compressing insulation shortens its life.

OVER compressing it shortens its life more quickly.

Like Eugene, I treat my whole pack as a stuff sack, and don't over compress any of my gear.

If anything, I would recommend a larger pack to handle your bag (forget the "small-pack-is-better-because-it-looks-cooler" crowd) - the gear that you own will last longer if treated with care.

Been there, done that, got the t-shirt. ;) :)

Dude my bag uncompressed is a lot bigger than I thought but it's super light.

The weight of your gear and your pack will compress your sleeping bag very well. You do use the compression straps on your pack don't you?
