I am looking to buy a montbell UL thermawrap. I would rather not part with 155 dollars to get one.
Is there any place where they can be had for less?

If you have the sewing skills and don't insist on ultralight, you can convert a $15 field jacket liner into a perfectly serviceable jacket. Do a search here - I believe the original post was from Sgt. Rock. I sewed up the armpit vents, added a zipper and a waistband drawstring and have a cold weather layer that works great for a fraction of the cost.
