Powdered egg recipes?

Any suggestions for powdered egg recipes?

I like the standard scrambled eggs-in-tortilla, but other options would be welcome.

By the way, Ova Easy (sold by Packit) is the best brand of powdered eggs I have tasted.

Last year my boyfriend and I made some vacuum-sealed meals, and our scrambled eggs breakfast was one of them.

We mixed together some hashbrowns, bacon bits, dehydrated green chile (we were living in New Mexico at the time :), powdered egg, a little powdered milk and powdered butter. We would add water and let it all reconstitute. Delicious warm breakfast on a chilly morning!
