Hello NH White Mtn Friends! I am headed to Mt. Moosilauke tomorrow. Wondering if anyone knows the condition of the Ravine Lodge Rd? Is there still enough snow to XC-ski? Thanks:)

I'm 100 miles north in the Prezies and conditions are deterating quickly. There will be pleanty of snow in shadowed places and above 3500 feet, but real thin to mud holes the rest of the time. I would imagine thier well into mud season there.

Still plenty of snow on the roads Im sure based on our hike up Kearsarge last weekend. It just recently got above freezing in the Moosilauke area. Im sure the snowfall on the road depends on whether anyone has been driving up the road or not.
You could always checkout VFTT and see if anyone has been up that way lately or Trails NH

Thanks for the responses and info!

Just got back. Got there early enough that parking lot was still frozen. The access road had good coverage, skied up to the lodge then bare boot to the summit. Super windy up there had to hunker down once. Skied back down from the lodge, the snow was great. Things warmed by then and it was a nice mud pit at the gate.
