Anybody out there seen the Lyrids meteor shower? Tonight should be peak numbers with good viewing conditions until dawn straight overhead. Heading out to Salt Log Gap Now.

I haven't heard about them.... how was it?
I went out about five this morning. Saw three in about five minutes. The sky was already getting light, though. If its still cloudless tonight (a huge IF around here), I'll go out again in the wee-er hours.

Seems like every year, every meteor shower, it's cloudy here in FL. Haven't seen a good one for at least 4-5 years.
Next time, maybe.
