View Full Version : Best Week Long Hike Just North Of GSMNP
I'm looking for about a 5 day trip somewhere north of the Smoky Mountains. Would like to stay in NC/TN, but may be willing to travel to Virginia. What would be the best hike as far as views are concerned? Thanks.

The 50 miles north of I-40 are very beautiful, you do go right through the middle of Hot Springs, but it is a cool, small, mountain town with some resupply and restaurant options for a change of pace. I did it SOBO and got picked up at I-40. Wonderful memories.
