I was low-pricing searching for pants and a replacement filter cartridge and found these guys http://www.kitterytradingpost.com/ (http://www.kitterytradingpost.com/) . There was a problem with posting my order which they quickly and politely fixed after one email. Then there was a problem with the pants when they arrived. Turns out to be their suppliers fault and they immediately offered to not only take them back but send me the cost of postage, something I’ve never encountered before. When I chose to keep the pants they gave me a partial refund anyway. They were fast, polite and professional throughout.

I used to live right down the road from them. I loved going to browse and feed my fix.

Oh I absolutely love that place! Ive vacationed up that way before. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. The place is huge. If you get hungry while shopping, you gotta go to Bob's Clam Hut. Its right beside the place.
