If I am not mistaken, AWOL'S AT Guide has the GPS coordinates in it.

Go to this site http://web.eecs.utk.edu/~dunigan/at/ , click on a shelter and scroll down to GPS. I think you may find what your looking for. Good Luck.

Go to the WB home page. Look under the articles section. The data is there.

This is a link to ATC's data. You may have to click an "agree to terms" to get there though. I believe that ATC's data runs from a Google Earth database...still trying to learn my way around this, so I can't really give any more info.
