My only change would be to keep the pad perhaps hollowing it out if need be otherwise the pouch is too lightweight. I personally use my bra but I could see where this would make a great separate stash.

Also, if you're taking deodorant in a normal roll up container. Once it's partially gone, twist it all the way out and stash your cash under the stick in the empty space...
