That's hilarious. I noticed it was made "with" bacon. The rest of the ingredients are decidedly NOT from a pig. Tee hee.

Now for a real bacon treat.

In a double boiler, melt semi-sweet chocolate until liquid. Be careful not to scorch.

In a separate, pan prepare bacon rashers, frying until tender, not dry nor overly floppy.

Drain bacon onto paper towel.

Dip bacon in chocolate until coated. Set aside to cool on wax paper in refrigerator. Or, just put that bad puppy straight in your mouth and enjoy!!! Woo hoo!! :D :D

Melting chocolate in the microwave is so much easier. Enjoy!

I have a vegetarian friend who admits that the one thing in the world of the meat that she misses most is bacon. For this past Christmas she sent us 4 lbs of gourmet bacon. Now THAT is a true friend.

Many of my vegetarian friends have declared bacon a vegetable! I agree with their decision.

Sounds like a standard industrial hotdog with bacon added. Could be interesting on a camping trip.

This is especially good on a Krispy Kreme cheeseburger. For the doubters out there, chocolate covered bacon really doesn't have much of a bacon-y flavor...the salt and chocolate flavors seem to overpower, so what you end up with is a crunchy texture of salty and chocolaty goodness...kind of like a chocolate covered pretzel.
