I have a OBI 2P and lost the clip that the pole ball goes into. Also broke a pole, Asked them about replacement parts and they have not answered back and I gave them a week, phone #, email. Has anyone had any dealings with the company? Who else can I try I need parts!!

I frequent several backpacking/camping forums, and I've read only glowing reviews regarding Nemo's customer service department, so I'm guessing they didn't get that email.

Yep it was my error, the mail reply was by a private person vs nemo and I did not open it. I emailed again and got reply, and in 48 hours new parts arrived.

Glad it worked out for you - I have a Nemo Meta 2p and just bought a Nemo pad off another WB member, so I was hoping your experience was the exception and not the rule. lol
