Needing a new winter coat

Looking for another winter coat. Wondering what everyone's recommendations are? I am needing a lightweight down coat, preferably with a hood and would prefer the hood to be able to be cinched down. One example I have is mountain hardwear ghost whisperer. Please let me know your recommendations.

what temps? for hiking or camp?

It is mostly going to be for in camp use. I don't get that cold when I am moving around. So mostly for camp unless it is really cold when I am hiking. Last time I was on Mount Rodgers, it was 12 degrees in the parking lot so I might need it for something like that but definitely layered.
