Hmmm..I really am going to have to try these out-looks like they might work well with recipes on my website...and for new recipes......

Great news on the smaller packages! b.t.w. I brought italian and southwest along for my last section hike and used one or the other in something or other almost every night. My rule of thumb was if one didn't sound right the other surely did and that proved tasty. One tip: DO NOT ADD too many Southwest to the Zatarains' Red Beans & Rice as it's already spicy enough for most folks as is.

Try their Haba-Jala seasoning. It will put some fire into your belly on a cold day. On a hot day too :sun

My thanks to all who have tried our products! Sgt. Rock is right, the HabaJala will light things up - in a flavorful way of course! Not all of our products are hot and spicy, however. For something milder, try our Asian Seasoning in couscous. Or for a really unique flavor try our new Great Lakes Seasoning with instant potatoes or our Hatteras or Cabo with tuna!

If anyone is planning on attending the Natural Products Expo East in Washington, DC next month, look us up. We will be in booth #1751. The show runs from September 16 to 18 at the DC Convention Center. Hope to see you there!

Thanks again...

Cool Sedona,

BTW, sounds funny calling you Sedona Trading Company as a nomenclature of direct address. I used some of that Haba-Jala in my red beans and rice last weekend - the burn was exquisite.
