25 TO 30 Days depending on how mush you stop and how fast you hike.

I was an overweight, out of shape, age 50+, novice backpacker when I started Springer March 24 this year. Took 23 days to get to Standing Bear Farms inclusive of zero days. I probably would have made Hot Springs in 2 more days as my conditioning was pretty good by then. But I had to quit and get back to work.
I took 14 days the first time. I had trouble with the learning curve.
