Looking for a shuttle from Unicoi Gap to Hogpen Gap

I'm planning on hiking this section on the morning of Thursday August 1(may have to reschedule to Aug. 8 pending possibly having to reschedule my vacation time from work) and I am looking for a shuttle to meet me around 9 AM at Unicoi Gap and drop me off at Hogpen Gap. If anyone here offers shuttle service to this area or has contact info for a reliable shuttle service for this area please feel free to send me a message or reply to this post. Thanks
