Sprint, Rothhammer International Mens Nylon Mesh Shoes, size 11
WEIGHS 2 OUNCES. Soles are 1 / 4 inch thick, foam like.

Nothing better than Flip-Flops...cheapest, lightest.I used to use flip flops but then went to a smaller lighter pack (Go-lite breeze) now room in my pack is more limited so, sorry, flip flops wouldn't fit in my pack Also, the flip-flops i used were pretty heavy.
i found that the really lightweight ones don't last very long. (the original post was for small volume, lightweight shoes)
