Several years ago I bought a Platypus 6 liter Water Tank, after my first AT section hike during a drought. I don't recall where I bought it. I could never get the zip thing on top (like a Ziplok bag) to stay closed. I kept meaning to contact them, kept forgetting and finally about two weeks ago sent them an email and asked if I was doing anything wrong.
They invited me to send it in. I did and today I received a new one, tested it, and it works perfectly.
