need some advise on best shuttle or anyone who wants to help out myself and my girlfriend. Would like to park at Harpers Ferry and start at Pen-Mar park. Thanks guys!

If Teahorse can't helpout call KEN from the ATC shuttle list. I foudn him to be the cheapest in the area and offered great service.

You could always thumb your way. The folks around there are nice.. helped me our of a sticky spot last week
Send me a PM with the date...I will be glad to do it for just a little gas money if I am off or if you want to schedule to start a day I am off.
In June of 2011, we used
[email protected]. They are a local outfitter and did a good job for a fair price. They have a van if you are moving a group.

It may be exactly what you're looking for. It will pick you up at the Harpers Ferry parking lot, and deliver you to Pen-Mar.
