I would like to plan a 3 or 4 day hike for this fall or next spring in the Roan highlands area and was looking for ideas or suggestions.
Rather than simply do an AT traverse are there any side trails are there side trails in the area that could be used to make a nice loop?
(Not that a traverse would be a problem)
Any recommendations? favorite hikes in this area ?
