How do I replace my avatar with a picture ?

Hey now! I had a reason for responding! I went looking for an avatar for myself and found lots of male avatars, but I'm female! When I narrowed it down to female avatars... they were all blondes or brunettes. -_- I'm a redhead. Absolutely no redheaded avatars.

I decided to be a good whiteblazer and use the search function after I discovered I couldn't MYOA.
