Looking for a partner located near the Florida panhandle to train with for a 2015 thru; leaving in either April or May.

I grew up in DeFuniak Springs and southbounded solo over 20 years ago. I live in the Chattanooga area, now. If I can be of any help, let me know.
I Live in Panama City Beach and I am planning on Doing a thru hike in 2015 but I plan on leaving in March, but maybe we can still train together.

Didn't expect to see someone else from PCB on here doing a thruhike. I start April 1st.
another PC Beach AT hiker here. Already hiked AT from Springer to Glasgow, VA, on several section hikes (2010-2013), and approx. 500 repeat miles on the LT and AT in Vermont. Long Trail E2E done Sept-13. I frequently drive over to Torreya State Park in Bristol for training hikes, and periodically drive up to north GA and do AT training hikes between Amicalola Falls SP and Dicks Creek Gap. Just got home yesterday from an Amicalola Falls to Neels Gap hike this past weekend. Met some of the early class of 2014 on the trail up there :). Anyways, if anyone wants to getup for training hikes around FL Panhandle or North GA, feel free to send PM. Planning another short AT section hike in VA in early April, and longer AT or LT E2E in Sept. Happy trails! "Florida Mike"

I actually live in Pace, Fl and planned on hiking the AT SOBO around the same time. If you want to meet up anytime, I'm interested.

Planning on going sobo myself around June 2015. Saving up for it now. If you're going that way at around the same time, hit me up. I hike naked though, just so you know.
