Rockfish Gap to Waynesboro shuttle ?

I recall someone posting that there is a free shuttle from Rockfish Gap into Waynesboro, is this a free shuttle if you stay at a certain motel or some other shuttle? Thanks.

There is a list of trail angels who will shuttle you to and from town for free posted on a tree as you enter/leave the park.

There is a list of trail angels who will shuttle you to and from town for free posted on a tree as you enter/leave the park. Yep, just used one a few days ago... the second name on the list (Jim something) because the gal at the top of the list just had some sort of conflict. I actually think this list of folks compete for the most number of rides from rockfish to waynesboro! Kinda cool.
