Logan Bread

I'm using a Logan bread recipe that needs soy grits...the problem is that finding them has been impossible.

Are there any calorie neutral substitutes? Maybe anyone know where I can mail order some of these elusive soy critters?

Well I fired up my antique google machine and found they have soy grits at www.bobsredmill.com (http://www.bobsredmill.com) also saw them for sale on Amazon and about 50 other sites.
