I suppose this is addressed more to Gator, but can the user agreement be more prominently displayed? The User Agreement is not easily found and they should be.
Agreed, I was about to ask for the same thing :)

I agree with the OP and would go further. Even if prominently displayed, many will still ignore it and/or not even go to the trouble to review it. Therefore, I think it should be emailed to all WB users at least once a year, to lend some credence and "weight" to it. To make it count, in other words.

What I have done on other forums, and might be helpful here is to have each of the mods put a link to it (http://whiteblaze.net/cmps.php?page=agreement)in their signature.

instead of emailing, once (or even quarterly) it should pop up at log on, and not allow the user to continue until you've clicked "i agree"

.That's a possibility. I think maybe it should be sent to new users as part of signing up as well.

WhiteBlaze User Rules/Agreement (http://whiteblaze.net/cmps.php?page=agreement)I saw this on another forum where the admin had it and I was considering it. I was undecided on it really but perhaps if the whole moderation team had it, it would be reasonable. I had only thought about if I put it there and I felt it would be construed negatively.
