Hey BMT-ers!

My son, buddy and I are hiking from Fontana up to 441 (Smokemont) starting a week from Friday. Should finish up on Tuesday (about 60 miles). Anyone else planning to be out there then?

(going stir-crazy at work!!)

have fun........

from my drive on I 40 here in Knoxville---looks like the park got some snow and hoarfrost.....

and just read that they have closed newfound gap road down for snow and ice....

Of course, it's suppose to be in the 70s this weekend so be prepared for all kinda of weather...
